Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Executive Host. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable service to all guests, responding promptly to their requests and queries.
  • Meet and greet guests at designated checkpoints, assisting with arrival and departure arrangements, including hotel rooms, luggage, transportation, and other services.
  • Manage the Paiza Membership counters, facilitating smooth enrollment processes and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist guests with Paiza Programs opening and settlement, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and ensure proper setup of private gaming salons for Paiza guests, maintaining high standards of comfort and luxury.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on guest requests and feedback, working together to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and regulations, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum education level: N levels, O levels, A levels, or Diploma holder.
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends, showing flexibility and adaptability.
