Senior Site Supervisor Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direction of a designated authority, ensuring tasks are carried out to their supervision and full responsibility.
  • Liaise with contractors' engineers/supervisors for inspections.
  • Assist designated authorities on all site works according to approved plans and specifications.
  • Monitor progress and assist with site inspections on all site works as per approved plans and specifications.
  • Check and monitor site activities against contract documents, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
  • Provide standing supervision for civil and structural site activities in accordance with project specifications, construction plans, and Building Control Act and Regulations.
  • Manage and control site staff or site technical officers to ensure satisfactory supervision and take responsibility for their work and performance.
  • Oversee project aspects, maintaining records of works, materials, equipment, attending meetings, keeping minutes, and coordinating contractors' works with consultants and external parties.
