Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the field, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make quick decisions.

About the Role:

The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans, producing schedules, and monitoring attendance of crew members. They will also allocate general and daily responsibilities, supervise and train workers, ensure manpower and resources are adequate, guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met, and supervise the use of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a construction foreman or site supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
  • Able to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills
  • Able to communicate and report effectively
  • Aptitude in math
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Good physical condition and stamina
