Benefits & Location Working Location: 158 Kallang Way, #03-05 Performance Building, Singapore Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (PPC, GDN, YouTube Video Campaigns). Manage monthly advertising budgets and ensure cost efficiency with measurable ROI. Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copies. Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies. Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversions). Keep up to date with Google Ads features, policies, and industry trends. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in SEM, PPC, and GDN campaigns. Proven track record of managing sizeable ad budgets with strong results. Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
