Job Summary

This role is responsible for the efficient management of stock within a retail environment, ensuring that products are readily available on the sales floor by managing inventory, receiving and storing deliveries, replenishing shelves, and conducting regular stock counts. The position involves collaboration with the operations team to achieve store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management – timely receipt, unpacking, and storage of new deliveries; checking for damages and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stock Replenishment – restocking shelves and displays, including transferring stock to other locations as required, to meet customer demand.
  • Stockroom Organization – maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, including proper labeling and placement of goods.
  • Inventory Accuracy – performing periodic audits or stock takes to track stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
  • Visual Merchandising – arranging and displaying products according to the store's layout and brand visual merchandising standards.
  • Stock Control – monitoring stock levels, avoiding overstocking, and ensuring old items are removed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred (1-2 years).
  • Attention to detail for accurate tracking of inventory.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese; organization and interpersonal skills essential.
  • The role involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving carton boxes.
  • High initiative, positive attitude, and willingness to work.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, 44 hours, including weekends/public holidays.
