Job Description This will be a full-time position, reporting to the Programmes & Services Manager and/or Executive Director, and will play a key role in supporting Ambulance Wish Singapore's wish granting function and its volunteers.1. Wish Granting Support the Programmes & Services Manager in the entire wish granting process including but not limited to: Act as liaison between stakeholders, e.g. referring healthcare partners, service providers, vendors, volunteers, patients and their next-of-kin, etc. Guide volunteers in planning and executing the wish Manage wish granting timelines and budgets Ensure that proper and full records are maintained Manage various administrative tasks relating to wish granting Assist in the coordination of the end-to-end management of wish granting, from assigning wishes to volunteers to monitoring and ensuring progress toward wish completion.Conduct outreach activities to increase wish referrals and build brand awarenessIdentify areas of improvements in the programmes2. Volunteer and Partner Management Assist in recruiting, training and managing Ambulance Wish Singapore volunteersAssist in building a strong and dynamic volunteer base through organising volunteer engagements, programmes and appreciation event, with focus on recognition and retentionAssist in overseeing the volunteer databaseAssist in building long term relationships with existing and new service providers, and managing service providers database3. General Administration Support the Programmes & Services Manager and the organisation as needed***Requirements Excellent communication, project management, time management, organisational and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding attention to detail and deadlinesResults-driven team player, with experience working with a high degree of independence in time-sensitive environmentStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeComfortable to work on evenings and weekends occasionally (will be compensated with time off)Fresh graduates are welcome
