Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Coordinator. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity for growth and development, as well as a chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms. They will also coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services or products. Key responsibilities include processing customer orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements, maintaining and updating customer records and service reports, assisting in preparing quotations, billing, and other administrative tasks, following up on outstanding issues and providing timely updates to customers, and supporting sales or operations teams with documentation and coordination work.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification. You should also be able to multitask and handle work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles will be an advantage.
Working Environment:
This is a stable working hours and office environment job. Training will be provided, and company transport is available. This is a great opportunity for those who value work-life balance.
