Business Development Manager Role

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead sales activities for the organization, focusing on revenue growth from both new and existing customers in security solutions and outcome-based security manpower industry.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and lead generation.
  • Develop a list of potential clients and maintain it regularly.
  • Establish contact with prospects through individual efforts or company-provided leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Identify profitable contracts for both new and existing customers.
  • Meet with decision-makers from current customers to assess their needs for up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Participate in preparing tenders, presentations, and quotations.
  • Develop value proposition materials and collateral.
  • Respond to customer tender processes and ensure all sales comply with internal procedures.
  • Verify that all contracts include necessary documents and instructions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree or diploma in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial services with a focus on sales processes and
