The company is looking for an Informatica MDM Developer & Service Operations Specialist with substantial experience to contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of the Product Master Data solution. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality, integrity, and accessibility of essential product data in the pharmaceutical sector. Your responsibilities will encompass both development tasks and operational duties, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams. A strong background in workflows, Java development, and CI/CD practices is crucial for successful customizations, integrations, and release management within the MDM ecosystem.In this role, you will:- Design and develop solutions within the Informatica MDM Hub, ensuring alignment with best practices, data governance standards, and architectural principles.- Utilize ActiveVOS workflows for complex business process automation, integrating with MDM Hub events and external systems as required.- Develop custom Java components to meet specific business needs within the MDM ecosystem, integrating with other enterprise applications using Java-based APIs and services.- Apply expertise in Product master data domains, PLM concepts, and domain-specific regulations within the Pharma, CPG, or Healthcare industry context.- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and collaborate effectively with various teams to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and contribute to the MDM platform's evolution.- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate build and deployment processes, manage code repositories, and coordinate releases ensuring compliance with change management processes.- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing operations and enhancements.To qualify for this role, you should have:- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, with at least 10 years of overall IT experience.- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub, ActiveVOS workflows, and Java/J2EE programming for MDM customizations.- Proficiency in SQL, experience with relational databases, and integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, PIM, and PLM systems using various methods.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, planning tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and development.Preferred qualifications include Informatica MDM Certification, experience with IDQ, PowerCenter, cloud-based MDM solutions, scripting languages, and messaging queues.The company offers stable employment, remote work options, a Great Place to Work certified environment, flexibility in working hours and contracts, comprehensive onboarding, access to learning platforms, upskilling support, career advancement opportunities, and various well-being initiatives.
