Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Social & Content Manager to lead content creation, social strategy, and community engagement for our clients. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller with a deep understanding of digital trends, audience engagement, and brand voice.
Responsibilities
You will be working on a leading international financial services business.
Collaborating with the head of content and social marketing to develop content and social calendars across key platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, and owned channels.
Working with in-house teams and other agency partners on the development of content to fulfill these calendars – this would be both long-form and short-form, across a range of different formats.
Leading the tracking and monitoring of social and content for internal reporting and also the extraction of insights for future learnings.
Qualifications
A strategic thinker who can take business and campaign strategies and deploy them in a content and social space.
Someone familiar with executing and deploying content on the aforementioned platforms – understanding best practices and the nuances of messaging required across different platforms.
Organized and a clear communicator – able to manage up and also provide clear briefs and direction for agency partners.
Eager to understand business – the subject matter in financial services can be complicated, so a passion to understand is important.
