Job Title: Audit Senior

An experienced and skilled Audit Senior is required to lead and execute audit engagements for a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring quality and compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute audit engagements for a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring quality and compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and presentations, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Plan, organize, and manage audit fieldwork, including allocating tasks to junior staff and providing on-the-job training and supervision.
  • Review working papers, financial statements, and audit findings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS), IFRS, US GAAP or other relevant reporting frameworks.
  • Identify key audit issues and propose practical solutions or recommendations to address client concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary audit information, clarify accounting issues, and resolve audit-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or relevant professional qualification.
  • At least 2 - 3 years and above post qualification experience in external audit, possesses current technical knowledge aligned with professional audit standards and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements is essential.
  • Leadership skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software Program.
  • Hardworking individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
