Job Title: Financial Professional - Experienced Accountant
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing full set of accounting activities, including monthly closing procedures and liaison with external auditors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. He/she will also liaise with external auditors on statutory audits and provide audit schedules and handling queries.
In addition, the candidate will prepare corporate secretary for tax filing of annual returns and tax enquiries. He/she will also provide support for cost control and financial analysis for projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Liaise with external auditors on statutory audits and provide audit schedules and handling queries.
- Prepare corporate secretary for tax filing of annual returns and tax enquiries.
- Provide support for cost control and financial analysis for projects.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably from a construction company.
- Strong knowledge of financial software, such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
