**Quality Assurance Lead Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead our testing efforts.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in IT system development and implementation, with a strong background in software engineering, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Testing Team : The ideal candidate will have experience building and leading testing teams to ensure high-quality products.
  • Test Strategy Development : We need someone who can define the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery and develop an effective test strategy.
  • Resource Management : The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for deploying and managing resources for testing, including personnel and tools.
  • Test Measurements and Metrics : The candidate must apply appropriate test measurements and metrics to ensure that the quality assurance process is effective.
  • Defect Management : They will oversee and manage defect management, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Reporting and Planning : The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for reporting on testing progress and planning future testing efforts.
  • Training and Development : They will also provide training to the team on software testing best practices.

Requirements:

  • A degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or Infocom-related discipline.
  • At least ten (10) years of working experience in IT system development and implementation.
  • Five (5) years of experience in creating and implementing test strategies in an agile development environment.
