Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist
"> Job Description:As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and establish effective testing strategies. Your role will involve planning, prioritizing, and managing testing activities across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving test plans, test cases, and test scripts developed by the QA team, ensuring coverage and accuracy. Additionally, you will develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to guarantee the quality and reliability of software applications.
Your expertise will also be utilized to design and implement efficient test automation frameworks and tools, enhancing overall testing efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:We seek an experienced QA Engineer or Software Tester with at least 8 years of relevant working experience. A solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices is essential.
Strategic thinking and the ability to lead complex projects effectively are crucial. In addition, extensive experience in manual and automated testing, as well as knowledge of testing principles and methodologies, is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is an added advantage. We also value experience in writing test automation using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Katalon, as well as experience in testing mobile and web applications.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, we seek an individual who can adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
