Quek Hock Seng Construction (Pte) Ltd – Jurong Town We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Technical Officer (M&E) to join our team at Quek Hock Seng Construction Pte Ltd in the Jurong East West Region. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in overseeing the mechanical and electrical installations and maintenance within our construction projects. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the execution of M&E works on site, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations Monitor and inspect the quality of M&E installations to identify and resolve any issues Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and other project-related records Assist in the planning and scheduling of M&E activities to optimise project timelines and resources Provide technical support and guidance to the project team as needed What we're looking for Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer or in a similar role within the construction industry Thorough understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the project team and stakeholders Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines What we offer At Quek Hock Seng Construction Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
