Senior Building Services Engineer

Job Overview
This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you working as a mechanical engineer with expertise in electrical systems. As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and administering contracts/projects related to mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in schematic/concept and detailed design, tender drawing/specifications, cost estimates, site meetings, and contract administration. Additionally, they should be proficient in testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services including Schematic / concept and detailed design.
- Preparation of tender drawing/specifications & cost estimates.
- Attend project meetings, site meetings & site inspections.
- Review of shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Contract administration.
- Testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and resourceful.
