Failure Analyst Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Failure Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in failure analysis, with experience in identifying root causes of failures and developing corrective actions.

The successful candidate will perform failure analysis on cells (disassemble) using various tools to identify failure mechanisms. You will compile reports and inform relevant processes through email. You will also assist Quality engineers in managing non-conformance cell lots to assure outgoing quality, CAPA processing, and Quality/Reliability Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform failure analysis on product to identify root cause of failure.
  • Generate technical report of failure analysis findings and email to relevant process.
  • Maintain and oversee calibration of analysis tools & equipment.
  • Responsible for daily tracking and updating for Failure Analysis cases for further review.
  • Maintain SS & Safety compliances in Analysis room.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechatronic & Robotics/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
  • Failure Analysis skill will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, able to contribute as a team player.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, Words & Power point).
  • Comfortable to work in clean room environment & dry room (0% humidity).
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken).
