Head of Sales / Sales Director – Global MarTech Consultancy Our client, a leading global marketing technology consultancy , is seeking a highly driven Head of Sales / Sales Director to spearhead business growth across APAC. This role is ideal for a proven revenue leader who thrives on winning new clients, securing logos, and scaling high-performing sales teams. What You’ll Do Lead regional new business acquisition, driving net-new revenue across APAC Build, coach, and inspire a high-impact sales team to exceed targets Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to engage enterprise clients Establish strong C-level client relationships and position the consultancy as a trusted MarTech partner Partner with delivery and consulting teams to shape proposals and pitches that deliver impact Report on sales performance and continually refine commercial strategy What We’re Looking For Proven track record in driving new business, client acquisition, and revenue growth in the MarTech or digital transformation space Deep understanding of MarTech and CX platforms such as Braze, Tealium, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Tableau, and similar tools A natural hunter profile with the ability to open doors and land major enterprise logos Experienced team manager who can both coach individuals and scale a regional sales function Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities Based in Singapore, with a regional remit across APAC Why Join This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing consultancy with a global footprint, working with some of the world’s most exciting brands.
