Overview
Deliver efficient and effective HR operations by implementing processes and systems that support HR practices and initiatives in compliance with existing policies and SOPs. Deliver communications materials and sessions to ensure changes are well implemented. Guide and train relevant team members if needed.
Job Responsibilities
Perform HR operational activities according to existing HR policies and SOPs to ensure the delivery of activities meets the required standard.
Suggest and implement improvements to HR processes, policies, and technologies from a people-centered perspective.
Support implementation of new company policies by developing processes and systems that support the policies and HR operations' needs.
Deliver communications plans and materials, and engage with all stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented.
Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, and employment legislation as needed.
Lead and/or participate in NUHS, MOM, MOH, MOHH, AH projects, events, committees as assigned or appointed.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required.
Critical thinker and process-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Resourceful and self-motivated.
