Remuneration :
Base Salary: $6,000 - $8,000, Sales is on 60:40 pay mixed
Transport allowance of $850 per month (provided if have own vehicle for travelling)
Responsibilities:
Cultivate, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing accounts to increase business opportunities and ensure excellent client relations.
Prepare customer proposals, respond to tenders and RFQs in collaboration with Service Delivery and Project Managers.
Develop presales materials, including brochures, presentations, and maintain proposal records while tracking project deliveries.
Support the sales team with forecasting and pipeline management.
Understand project execution and delivery processes; gather client requirements, perform analysis, and prepare functional and service specification documents.
Drive sales to meet revenue targets by identifying new market opportunities and acquiring new customer accounts.
Deliver tailored sales presentations that address client needs and drive growth.
Conduct prospecting, cold calling, customer qualification, presentations, proposal preparation, and objection handling to close sales.
Maintain strong customer relationships post-sales and submit timely sales reports to management.
Perform any additional duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 4 years in services-related sales.
Proven experience in services sales, including participation in tender and bidding processes.
Strong skills in account management, relationship building, and maintaining client accounts.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members across functions.
