Reliability Engineering Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality reliability solutions. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Job Description:

  • Provide reliability analysis and lab support for all company technologies and customer issues, developing corporate-wide standards and strategies.
  • Plan and develop implementation routes for emerging technologies, such as Si Ph, NVRAM, and High Voltage, through IP and conferences.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of senior engineers to achieve corporate goals in Back End of Line (BEOL) intrinsic reliability.
  • Establish reliability test methodology to assess failure mechanisms and lifetime, providing design guidelines for IC designers.
  • Define and execute benchmarked reliability test plans for new process qualification, PRM programs, change requests, and line issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials, or Physics) or Science.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests.
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication and ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MOS Device Physics and Reliability Statistics.
