This role will provide administrative and operational support for the Allied Health Division, including its functional groups and shared services. Key responsibilities include engaging internal and external stakeholders to drive and implement key projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution within the timeline. The role also involves events management, office management, project coordination, financial administration, and minutes-taking for divisional meetings.
Responsibilities:
Provides full administrative and operational support for the division, its functional groups and shared services.
Ensure efficient daily operations
Collaborates with stakeholders to drives the implementation of projects and initiatives within the division, ensuring they are completed on schedule.
Assists in planning and coordinating of events and activities for the division.
Collate statistics and reports for timely submission of data requests.
Minutes taking at meetings
Job Requirements:
a. Educational / Professional Qualifications:
Degree in any discipline
b. Relevant Experience & Skills
2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a restructured hospital.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams) and other relevant software
Strong verbal and written communication skills, good presentation skills
c. Qualities
Good organizational and time management skills
Analytical thinker, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
Proactive learner, adaptable to changes and challenges with a positive mindset
Meticulous, good planning and problem-solving skills
Pleasant personality, confident and able to relate to all levels of staff.
