What the role is: You will play a vital role in projecting medical manpower needs, developing, implementing and administering manpower strategies and initiatives involving medical manpower standards, training and development. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. What you will be working on: As a member of a team, you will collaborate with healthcare practitioners, administrators, and educators, to: Monitor and develop policies to support the supply and quality of medical manpower Drive medical manpower workforce transformation efforts to ensure sustainability of healthcare system Review and implement policies to facilitate development and introduction of new training opportunities for medical manpower What we are looking for: Tertiary qualification in any discipline Two or more years of working experience in healthcare sector preferred Knowledge of public healthcare system Prior experience in manpower development, training systems, modelling or projection will be advantageous Proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and as a team As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
