We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to drive sales growth and deepen market presence across the Southeast & East Asia (SEA) region, focusing on Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong. About the Opportunity – Regional Sales in SEA for Ventilation Solutions As our new Regional Sales Manager – SEA, you will be instrumental in shaping NOVENCO’s commercial objectives in Southeast and East Asia. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences within rapidly growing markets. Your knowledge of local business cultures, combined with a strategic approach, will help reinforce our brand’s reputation for energy-efficient, innovative, and sustainable air movement solutions. Main Responsibilities – Business Development and Customer Engagement in Southeast & East Asia Drive sales growth within Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong Identify and win new business in target sectors, including commercial buildings, infrastructure, and industry Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and end clients Develop, present, and negotiate solutions that respond to local customer needs Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities Work closely with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored value propositions for each market Coordinate all sales activities, including visits, presentations, quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations Represent NOVENCO at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums in the SEA region Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sale follow-up to foster long-term partnerships Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and customer feedback to the Senior Leadership Team Required Experience – Regional Sales, Key
