Overview Engineering - Associate Repair Management role at Singapore Airlines. The successful candidate will join the repair management, strategic sourcing department in SIA Engineering Division. He/She will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all repair processes, from sourcing of repair sites, defining repair work scope, raising repair orders to coordinating repair logistics and ensuring timely completion. This role acts as a central communication hub, liaising with customers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to maintain a smooth and efficient repair cycle. Key Responsibilities Sourcing of possible repair sites (adhering to CAAS Advisory Circular 145-3). Define repair work scope and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements. Monitor status of Repair Order/Purchase Order created for timely return of spares. Monitor vendor response on queries pertaining to shipping and estimated date of delivery of spares. Maintain SAP records of component repairs for engines and landing gears. Take part in the utilization of new technologies to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Support the Executives in the day-to-day operations and projects. Requirements Preferably familiar with SAP Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables for trending and analysis) and PowerPoint materials Ability to engage with vendors and line engineers on the shop floor directly Good verbal and written communication skills Motivated, driven, a team player and able to work independently Ability to work under pressure We thank all candidates for your interest in Singapore Airlines, and regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
