Senior Financial Planning and Strategy Manager As a key member of the Financial Planning and Strategy team, you will be responsible for managing projects across multiple functions within Traveloka to support our Senior Leadership team in decision making and driving the company in the right direction. You will play a crucial role in ensuring connected understanding and strategy across the company and driving initiatives to enhance organizational execution. Responsibilities Drive and execute strategic initiatives to ensure implementation of connected strategies across the organization that is well aligned with the company’s strategic directions Collaborate with domain leaders across the organization to identify growth opportunities, develop effective execution plans, and raise the bar for pragmatic roll out Become on-demand leader to drive and execute strategic missions Drive special projects assigned by the Senior Leadership team, including researching, analyzing, and presenting data to inform decision-making processes Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, while upholding confidentiality and maintaining discretion when handling sensitive information Assess the risks, costs, and efforts associated with new initiatives or special projects, then oversee and guide these endeavors to completion Handle day-to-day tasks that require additional capacity, including coordinating projects with domain leaders and managing business administration responsibilities Requirements A total of 10 years of work experience with minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a background in business strategy development, corporate strategy, or strategic / management consulting Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields. A Master’s or Doctor of Philosophy's degree is a plus Proven ability to manage high-priority projects, with strong organizational skills, attention to details, and bias for actions Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop first principle thinking, evaluate risks, costs, and benefits of initiatives Ability to think critically and provide strategic insights to the Senior Leadership team Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in navigating uncertainties and mitigating risks in a dynamic environment A collaborative and growth mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different teams Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling day-to-day tasks that require quick decision-making If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you\'ll enjoy your career with us#J-18808-Ljbffr
