Strategic Planning Manager / Senior Manager

Location: Jurong East

About the Role

. You will play a critical role in driving the company's long-term growth agenda, evaluating market opportunities, shaping business strategies, and monitoring execution progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual and long-term strategic planning processes.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support M&A evaluations, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Tech, HR, and Operations.
  • Prepare strategy reports and presentations for executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years' experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment, or strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.
