Project opportunities abound for skilled project managers . To achieve success, you will need to possess strong leadership qualities, along with a sound understanding of naval architecture and marine engineering principles. You will be responsible for directing the management of ship repair projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.

Required Skills:

You should have a degree in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering , backed by 5-7 years of experience in project management in the marine industry. A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects is essential, as is a SRM Certificate.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Possess 5 to 7 years' experience in similar capacity from marine / heavy industries.
  • Possess SRM Certificate
  • Able to make appropriate decisions and judgments, decisive and take proper actions.
  • Able to lead and manage ship repair, construction and conversion projects independently.
  • Willing to work late at times and possess leadership qualities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Benefits:

This role offers an attractive salary package, commensurate with your experience, along with benefits including 5 days per week and working hours from 7.25am to 5.00pm.

Working location is Benoi Road, with island-wide transport provided.
