Summary / Purpose Of The Position

  • Support APAC mission to establish an autonomous, growing and sustainable consumer healthcare business
  • Lead the local S&OP process for APAC (exc. China) Region
  • Ensure Supply Chain financial performance and seamless coordination between distributors and Factory to meet purchase and delivery requirements, anticipate OOS risks and propose mitigation plans
  • Producing monthly reporting of activity in a timely manner, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively Ensure business operations compliance with company policies and best practices
Main responsibilities / job expectations
  • Lead the demand review meeting (S&OP) with relevant stakeholders for APAC (exc. China) Region,
  • Lead and prepare the 24 months rolling forecast submission (Import sales, local sales, inventory)
  • Measure and continuously improve on forecast/data accuracy and bias by managing the forecast created by Distribution & Promotion partners (orders, stock and sales forecasts...) and collaborate with Commercial team to consider local promotional factors impacting partner’s forecast
  • Monitor and analyze the inventory levels to meet supply requirements and control stock levels
  • Align with the commercial organization and distribution partners on countermeasures to avoid shortages/excess inventory
  • Review demand planning and operate purchase orders through our internal tool to ensure timely delivery of products to distributors
  • Leverage on Data Analytics capabilities to create business insights and track Supply Chain performance KPIs
  • Track and control shipping documentation and liaise with global distribution team for timely outgoing shipment delivery
  • Controlling of selling expenses with Export Finance Controller (in-bound costs, specific warehousing costs if any)
  • Identify risks / opportunities and propose corrective actions needed to keep budget’s targets
Business Partnering
  • Actively support the Finance team in the budget and forecast processes
  • Being a business partner, supporting directly the General Manager, Finance Director and Commercial Manager by providing regular or ad hoc financial analysis
  • Support the decision-making processes to achieve MAYOLY objectives, including Sales and COI targets
  • Support mid-term and long-term strategic topics
  • Lead ad-hoc regional projects
  • Contribute to providing data for regional presentations where needed
  • Develop and implement operational and analytical dashboards to provide performance insights
Active contribution within the MAYOLY Supply Chain communities
  • Contributes to system and process enhancement / automation
  • Support best practices sharing across the organization
Profil Recherché

  • Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills in massive and complex data systems

  • Previous working experience in a cross-cultural environment, across various geographic areas (ideally 5 to 7 y experience)
  • Managing and developing the Supply Chain Coordinator
  • Adopting Continuous process improvement and automation approaches
  • Bachelor or Master’s in Supply chain or equivalent post-graduate University qualification
  • Experience in a multinational group
Technical Competencies
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Use of forecasting system: FuturMaster
  • Proficiency in BI tools and data analytics/visualization (power BI would be a plus)
  • Languages: Fluent English in written and oral (Mandarin or French would be a plus)
