Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment that includes but is not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
Develop and build a candidate generation strategy with industry/competitive research and sourcing tactics to attract passive and active candidates.
Improve hiring manager capability with interviewing processes and proactive networking through social media channels and employer branding as a key source of talent pipelining.
Own Talent Acquisition data and metrics, define and measure achievement of recruiting programs, and improve attraction, selection of talent and SLAs.
Coach hiring managers on selection, interviewing and candidate experience best practices.
Proactively negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and external partners to facilitate high-quality candidates and pre-screening services.
Build best practices on recruiting processes and hiring metrics using data and trends to drive candidate generation and talent pool strategies.
Develop and manage internal processes to track candidate stages and enhance recruitment efficiency and accuracy.
Actively champion and implement policies for occupational health & safety, information security, environmental management, incident management, and comply with legal/regulatory requirements.
Qualifications / The successful candidate
Seasoned and mature leader with a minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience in data centers or high-growth partnerships and infrastructure/telecommunications MNCs.
Experience managing Talent Acquisition processes and programs focused on recruitment, candidate experience and employer branding.
Decisive individual who understands strategic goals and follows through with operational, implementation and detail-oriented actions.
Ability to work autonomously as an independent contributor with a methodical process-oriented approach.
Strong resilience to drive outcomes in an ambiguous, matrixed environment growing at a fast pace.
Ability to speak Bahasa would be preferable.
