Key Responsibilities Clinical & Nursing Procedures Provide post-surgical management including: Administration of injections (IV, SC, IM)Care of central venous lines Tracheostomy care Management of drainage tubes (e.g., surgical drains, chest drains)Perform wound management and provide appropriate wound care. Maintain and change female urinary catheters and drainage systems as applicable. Provide stoma care (colostomy / ileostomy), including bag changes and peristomal skin care. Monitor and support pain control in collaboration with managing physician. Perform nasogastric tube (NGT) insertion and tube feeding. Assist in bowel management (e.g., enema, manual evacuation) based on care plan. Ensure safe medication management including Administering medications Medication packing and supervision Monitoring compliance and side effects Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting. Caregiver Support & Education Provide caregiver education and training in: Prevention of falls and pressure sores Proper feeding and
