Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Management Firm/ Investment Position Title: Credit Officer/ Loan Officer Working Location: Chinatown Working Hours: 5.5 days (Weekdays - 11 am to 7 pm; Weekend 12 pm - 6 pm) Salary Package: Basic + Commission Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in applicants with loan applications, collaborate with business partners, and utilize external resources for referrals. Evaluate loan applicant eligibility and creditworthiness before proceeding with approvals. Efficiently process transactions such as loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, billings, repayments, and fee collections. Support remittance and deposit placement activities. Conduct AML screenings and manage pre and post-transaction handling. Respond promptly and accurately to queries from internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all loan files. Perform daily reconciliations, audit confirmations, and compile management and regulatory reports.
