Job Description
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of carpark and security services, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to carpark and security operations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and security regulations across all facilities.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address operational gaps.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Handle any operational issues or emergencies with a proactive approach.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
  • A solid background in facilities/ operation management
  • Strong knowledge of carpark and security operations, including compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing budgets.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges efficiently.
