Position Type: Permanent Salary: $5,000-$6,500 Work Hours: Mon to Fri: 8am-5.30pm Location: Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided at selected MRT stations) Responsibilities Lead and oversee day-to-day calibration operations of the Department. Ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. Implement continuous improvement (CI) strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Assist Division Manager in tracking financial parameters and implement measures to meet required financial KPIs. Collaborate with Department Managers and Customer Success Team to track and report monthly unbilled receivables and aging; ensure contractual SLAs are met. Implement and ensure compliance for operations requirements: Information Technology, Business Continuity Management, Safety & Security (Physical and Cyber), Quality Assurance, Document Control, Logistics, Inventory Checks, Facility Improvement. Interface with Corporate Functions such as Procurement, Finance or Human Resources to resolve issues related to project delivery. Lead the Department and collaborate with Corporate IT and Vendors to migrate from existing to new ERP systems for the Division. Qualifications Relevant degree with minimum 5 years of experience managing operations of a business division. Competent in managing resources, manpower, process improvements; skilled in generating reports and presentation. Good team player with honesty, integrity, maturity and self-motivation. Confident communicator at all levels with diverse cultural backgrounds. Hands-on experience in operations of a calibration and testing laboratory is advantageous.
