Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions based on client requirements.
Create detailed design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and perspective drawings.
Prepare and present project plans, including space planning, color schemes, material selection, and furnishings.
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and site supervision to ensure quality and timely completion.
Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and industry regulations.
Prepare documentation for project approvals, permits, and compliance with Singapore’s building regulations.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and furniture design.
Knowledge of Singapore’s building codes and renovation guidelines (e.g., HDB, BCA, URA).
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
