This position seeks an experienced Interior Designer Decorator with ground-up quantitative exposure to the ins and outs of bringing creative concepts to reality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop design concepts and producing various assets based on Company’s needs
- Gathering input from Stakeholders at all levels of sophistication and translating abstract ideas into practical and functional designs
- Converting designs into working documents like CAD drawings and detailed briefs for workmen
- Providing initial take-off from working documents into Bill of Quantities for cost estimation
- Identification and hiring of workmen for implementation of approved designs
- Overseeing procurement process for works to be implemented Ensuring work completion according to scope set out in working documents, allocated budget and timeline

**Requirements**:

- Background in Architecture
- Strong creativity, artistic ability, and imagination
- Proven work experience and portfolio in planning, designing, and building interior spaces
- Proficient in industry standard designing tools including (but not limited to) AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit for generating clear and concise blueprints
- Familiarity with prevailing building codes and best practices
- Knowledge of quality, unit rates, and sources for raw materials
- Strong management ability to coordinate multiple teams across various disciplines to ensure smooth transition from design to build
- Keen interest in researching and incorporating industry changes and best practices
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills that cut across boundaries of language and nationality
