Position Medical Content Developer (Senior Medical Writer)Type Contract Compensation $100–$160 per hour Location Remote Duration 2 months Commitment 20+ hours per week Role Responsibilities Translate, adapt, & synthesize complex medical concepts into clear, structured rubrics for AI training. Write fluently in Simplified Chinese & English, ensuring accurate terminology & nuanced expression across languages. Provide cultural & medical insights specific to Chinese healthcare, ensuring linguistic accuracy in clinical & professional contexts. Work closely with reviewers & peers to refine content. Leverage clinical expertise & bilingual communication skills to create accurate, culturally nuanced, & technically precise content. Qualifications Must-Have Native-level fluency in Mandarin; strong written & spoken English. Advanced degree (MD or PhD in related healthcare field). 2–6+ years medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience. Excellent writing, analytical, & communication skills; experience in medical writing, instructional design, or academic publishing. Preferred Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development. Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
