Communicate with candidates in Mandarin and English to answer questions and guide them through the process. Manage pipelines efficiently and deliver qualified talent quickly. Qualifications Must-Have 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience. Fluent Mandarin and strong English skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with AI recruiting tools.
