About the Role We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that orchestrates some of the most memorable weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations in the city. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and execute memorable events — from dream weddings and elegant dinners to vibrant corporate experiences — across our award-winning venues. Partner closely with clients to understand their vision, and translate it into bespoke proposals and seamless event execution. Liaise with internal teams (sales, culinary, operations, and marketing) and external vendors to ensure every detail is delivered to perfection. Take ownership of event timelines, floor plans, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and elevated guest experiences. Curate event details — from signage and menus to décor and service flow — that reflect the distinct character of each 1-Group venue. Support Sales Planners in pre-event coordination, on-site management, and post-event reviews to maintain our standard of excellence. Job Requirements At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, events, or F&B — ideally in venues, hotels, or event agencies. A customer-oriented mindset, always going the extra mile to delight clients and guests. Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling through experiences. Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Canva, Trello, or event management tools is a plus. A team player with a positive attitude and professional presence, eager to grow in Singapore’s leading lifestyle hospitality group.
