As a senior logistics expert, you will oversee the entire supply chain process in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Planning: Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies that align with global business goals.
  • Purchasing: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regional regulations, trade policies, and industry standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and agility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of logistics experience, with at least 3–5 years in a regional role within the APAC market, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven expertise in demand forecasting, procurement, vendor management, and distribution planning.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and lead virtual teams across multiple countries.
