Purpose of Job: To design, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs pertaining to the Wellness Community, including donor, partner, and volunteer engagement and management. Key Responsibility Areas: Programmes Scope Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs. Deliver programs, activities, and support assistance initiatives for participants who attend Shan You Wellness Community activities. Organize lifestyle activities that enhance psycho-social and mental health. Organize programmes on professional training. Increase knowledge and skills to improve the self-management of the elderly, focusing on mental and physical health to enhance their quality of life. Review and lead assistance schemes like food rations, community meals distribution, and befriending schemes. Keep proper records and provide timely updates to management. Provide updates on stock inventory and track distribution of supplies. Fundraising Scope Conceptualize, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate fundraising initiatives and strategies. Manage and execute fundraising projects within budget and schedule. Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with donors, partners, and volunteers. Implement cloud-based Donor Management solutions to improve operational efficiency and IT security of the organization’s donor management database. Raise funds by sourcing sponsorships and donations from individuals and corporations. Write proposals and appeal letters to attract donors, including applications for funding grants. Prepare and give presentations to potential individual and corporate stakeholders. Maintain and grow a database of sponsors and donors to advance digital donations. Develop and coordinate web-based fundraising and merchandise sales. Ensure compliance with corporate governance, Charities Regulation, and regulatory requirements of the agency and Singapore law. Network with stakeholders, community partners, and social and welfare service agencies. Conduct outreach talks to the public and corporates. Plan and organize outreach activities, projects, and events. Assist in funding applications by providing statistics and budget costs. Volunteer Scope Conceptualize and implement volunteer programmes/events within budget, funding mechanisms, and timelines. Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with donors, partners, and volunteers. Implement cloud-based Volunteer Management solutions to improve operational efficiency and IT security of the organization’s volunteer management database. Match volunteers to organizational needs and volunteer interests. Develop effective strategies to recruit new volunteers, conduct screening, interviews, and orientation. Identify suitable training platforms for volunteers and train staff on volunteer management. Plan and organize formal and informal engagement programmes for volunteers, including an annual volunteer appreciation event. Manage volunteer registration, resource allocation, duty roster, and track participation. Supervise volunteers and manage their service quality. Raise awareness of the organization’s volunteer programmes. Develop and maintain volunteer programme materials, such as application forms, policies and procedures, and orientation handbooks. Manage volunteer communication collaterals, such as emails, EDM, event invitations, newsletters, etc. Assist in Reception/Front Desk operations and perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in programme management, with 1-2 years in social service agencies/IPC charities preferred. Minimum Diploma in related fields; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Other Requirements: Good oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Passionate about working with stakeholders and good interpersonal skills. Committed to contributing to the social cause. Willing to learn and be guided. Good stakeholder and programme management skills. Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Effective time management.
