Our Supplier Quality Manager willlead quality management activities for our kids' consumer electronics manufacturing operations. This role will focus on quality assurance, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement throughout the product development and manufacturing process.

What you'll be doing :
Oversee supplier quality management, including regular audits, evaluations, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to embed quality requirements into product development (Design Quality Engineering).
Develop, monitor, and enforce quality control processes throughout the manufacturing supply chain, including in-process and final inspections.
Implement and maintain ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes, including FMEA, control plans, and risk assessments.
Analyse quality data, conduct root cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Foster a culture of proactive quality enhancement with suppliers and internal teams.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality management systems.
What you'll bring:
Experience in quality assurance for consumer electronics or toys.
Strong background in supplier quality management and manufacturing processes.
Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or equivalent systems.
Familiarity with APQP and related quality planning tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
S$85,000 - S$95,000 based on experience

Remote working until the Singapore office is set up, after which it would be a choice-based approach, with a minimum of once a week. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
