In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, a change champion, and a key contributor to our company's success. About the Role: As a People & Culture Business Partner (Manager), you will partner with our teams to build talent pipelines, elevate employee experiences, and deliver people strategies that unlock performance and growth. This is a highly impactful role where you will directly influence the future of our business. What You Will Do: Strategic HR Partner: Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that fuel business success.Manage the full employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.Run smooth HR cycles, including performance management, talent reviews, and compensation processes.Coach managers to grow as people leaders and role models for our culture.Strengthen succession plans through targeted development programmes and learning initiatives.Drive transformation projects such as SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and C&B improvements.Partner with COEs and stakeholders to boost engagement through focus groups and action plans.Support compliance activities and represent the company in union engagement and collective bargaining. Lead Recruitment and Talent Attraction: Build and run talent acquisition programmes, including Management Trainee and Internship pipelines.Lead employer branding campaigns, career fairs, and university partnerships to attract top talent.Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and ensure consistent hiring standards.Deliver engaging onboarding experiences that set new joiners up for success.Manage recruitment budgets and channels to deliver cost-effective hiring solutions. Create Inspiring Communications and Engagement: Own internal communications and keep employees connected through channels such as memos, WhatsApp, and our intranet.Lead engagement activities including monthly townhalls, the annual business conference, and the dinner and dance.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our intranet is the heartbeat of employee engagement. Make an Impact Beyond HR: Support a wide range of HR and business initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Act as a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and a champion of our people and culture. What We Are Looking For: Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of HR experience, ideally in FMCG and multinational companies. HR certifications are an advantage. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, local employment law, and tax regulations is a plus. A proactive, results-driven team player who is adaptable, open, and collaborative.
