Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and helping them grow into confident individuals.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with children aged 2-6, designing individualised educational programs that cater to their needs. You will be responsible for creating engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement early childhood educational programs that foster holistic development
  • Design age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth
  • Work with children of varying abilities, including those with special needs
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide updates on child progress

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with special needs
  • Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt lesson plans based on child progress and developmental needs
