As our new Crowne Meetings Director , you’ll be the key link between our clients and our operations teams—creating seamless, impactful events from first enquiry to final invoiceA little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:Lead the Crowne Meetings & Events team to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.Build strong relationships with corporate, government, and travel industry clients.Oversee all aspects of event planning, including space allocation, pricing, and coordination with F&B teams.Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to achieve hotel budget and forecast targets.Ensure all meetings reflect our Crowne Plaza brand standards and guest promise.What We Need From You Minimum 5 years’ experience in Meetings & Events or Sales leadership roles, ideally in a upscale hotel.Proven track record in managing a high-performing team and achieving event revenue targets.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.What You Can Expect From Us We give our people everything they need to succeed.
