About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and multi-skilled individual to join our dynamic dental practice as a Dental Surgery Assistant cum Receptionist in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting dentists during procedures by handing instruments, mixing materials, and managing the clinical environment
  • Sterilizing and maintaining dental equipment, instruments, and supplies
  • Greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquiries and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality of patient information
  • Assisting the dental team with various other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare support role or similar position
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients and the dental team
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sterilization and infection control
