About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and multi-skilled individual to join our dynamic dental practice as a Dental Surgery Assistant cum Receptionist in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting dentists during procedures by handing instruments, mixing materials, and managing the clinical environment
- Sterilizing and maintaining dental equipment, instruments, and supplies
- Greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquiries and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality of patient information
- Assisting the dental team with various other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare support role or similar position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients and the dental team
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sterilization and infection control
