Working hours Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)Salary S$5,000 - 7,500Location West Duration 1 year contract (extendable / convertible)Responsibilities Student Talent Development Programmes Provide support to effectively manage talent development programmes aimed at developing undergraduate student talents Collaborate with colleges, schools, offices and vendors to assist in designing and delivering training sessions and workshops Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of talent development programmes Talent Scholarship Application Provide support to develop marketing and promotional materials and manage scholarship initiatives Maintain ongoing relationships with domain experts/ interview panellists and scholarship recipients, and provide support during application process and throughout the recipient's educational journey Maintain accurate records of scholarship recipients and program impact Stakeholder Engagement Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, colleges, schools and department heads, to ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational goals Collaborate with external partners, such as educational institutions, industry experts, and sponsors, to leverage on their expertise and support for initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Business Administration, Humanities, Communications etc Possess at least 2 years of working experience supporting or managing initiatives such as leadership/ talent programs, scholarships or symposiums Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels Proficient in using software, including MS Office applications Ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional teams Interested candidates, please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO.
