Opportunity The HRBP serves as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between human resources and the business to ensure that people strategies directly support the organization's overarching goals. This is a high‐impact role where you will oversee a lean HR team and partner closely with leadership to build a scalable organization, drive culture transformation, and enhance the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee talent acquisition and employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent, translating the company’s vision and values into a compelling EVP. Partner with senior leaders to build a scalable, data‐driven HR framework that empowers managers and supports organizational effectiveness. Drive cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives that align with company values and long‐term goals. Design and implement a performance management framework, ensuring clear goal alignment, continuous feedback, and fair evaluations. Coach and develop managers to enhance people leadership skills, feedback culture, and team performance. About You 7+ years of experience in the HR function, ideally in a high‐growth and fast‐paced environment. Strong understanding of strategic HR, organizational design, and change management. Skilled in using data and analytics to drive decisions and measure HR effectiveness. Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with local employment laws and HR compliance programs. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on execution.
