Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the entire lifecycle of R&D programs focused on maintenance automation, from conception to implementation.

  • This includes defining program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs in alignment with business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will manage budgets, timelines, risks, opportunities, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, facilitating regular updates, workshops, and steering committees to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Translate technical developments into measurable business value for executive stakeholders.

Product Development & Innovation : Lead the design, prototyping, development, testing, and validation of new automation technologies and tools, fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Technical & Strategic Leadership : Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in predictive maintenance, AI/ML, IoT, and robotics, evaluating and integrating new tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.

  • Contribute to the company's innovation strategy and long-term technology roadmap.

Requirements:

A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in R&D, innovation, or product development roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.

  • A proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • A strong understanding of maintenance processes, AI, automation technologies, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
